How AITourist.my handles traveller and provider information.
Last updated: 4 May 2026. This page supports public readiness for AITourist.my, Mrs Tourism, messaging channels, booking request assistance, and AI-assisted tourism services.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, mobile number, travel preferences, booking request details, support messages, and files or media that you choose to submit through approved flows.
When you contact us through supported messaging channels, AITourist.my receives normalized channel events from NexisGate - Gateway. Raw provider tokens, raw Telegram IDs, raw WhatsApp IDs, provider payloads, direct storage paths, and secret values must not be shown in the public user interface.
How we use information
- Provide travel discovery, itinerary, translation, booking request, and provider communication support.
- Respond to enquiries and service requests.
- Maintain safety, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, audit, and platform reliability.
- Improve product quality and user experience.
- Comply with applicable law, platform rules, and operational requirements.
WhatsApp and Telegram communications
If you contact AITourist.my through WhatsApp or Telegram, we may respond through those channels where allowed by platform rules, consent, and applicable law. You may opt out of WhatsApp communication by replying STOP or contacting support.
AI-assisted responses
AITourist.my may use AI-assisted tools to help produce travel guidance, support replies, translation, itinerary suggestions, and booking assistance. AI responses are assistance only and are not legal, medical, immigration, financial, emergency, or safety advice.
Lens media, location, and metadata
AITourist Lens may process photos or videos that you choose to upload or capture. Location permission is optional. If media metadata is available, AITourist.my may use it to support translation, context, safety review, abuse prevention, dispute handling, and operator support.
Metadata mismatch is a review signal, not proof of fraud. Missing or stripped metadata is inconclusive and does not automatically mean abuse.
Sharing and retention
We may share limited information with tourism providers, operators, messaging platforms, infrastructure providers, support tools, or authorities when required for service delivery, safety, legal compliance, or operational requirements. We do not sell personal information.
Information is retained only as needed for service delivery, audit, security, legal compliance, and business operations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of your personal information through the Data Deletion Request page or Contact page, subject to applicable law and operational requirements.
