About the service

AITourist.my helps users discover destinations, places, stays, travel information, booking request options, and AI-assisted travel guidance. Mrs Tourism is the traveller-facing assistant. Mr Tour Guide supports internal tourist-guide coordination.

Use of the service

You must use the service lawfully and must not misuse accounts, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorized access, abuse messaging channels, submit misleading content, or try to expose private system information.

Travel and booking information

Travel information, provider availability, prices, operating hours, weather, and travel conditions can change. A booking request is not confirmed until the approved provider or operator confirms it through the relevant workflow.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Verify important travel, safety, immigration, health, legal, weather, and payment matters with official sources or relevant providers.

Lens and important decisions

AITourist Lens and Mrs Tourism provide travel assistance, translation, explanation, and context. Lens does not confirm bookings, approve refunds, accept payments, change cancellation terms, or make legal, medical, immigration, or safety decisions.

For important matters, verify details with the relevant provider, official authority, qualified professional, or AITourist.my operator support.

Messaging channels and opt-out

If you communicate with us through WhatsApp, Telegram, or another supported channel, we may respond through that channel where allowed. You may opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP or contacting support.

Third-party services

AITourist.my may link to or interact with tourism providers, booking platforms, maps, payment services, messaging platforms, or external websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
